John Dittmer has been the Senior Minister with WLCC since 1999. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nebraska Christian College and a Master of Arts degree from Cincinnati Christian University. John and his wife, Kristin, have three children and four grandchildren.

Laura Smith
Preschool Director and Children’s Ministry Director
Laura Smith has been the Director of Sonshine Preschool since 2003 and the Children’s Director since August 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education with a Kindergarten endorsement from Purdue University. Laura and her husband, Dan, have two children.

Marc Burton
Worship Director
Marc has been attending WLCC since November 2017, along with his wife, Patsy, and their two children, Cole and Payten. He began serving as the Worship Leader in February 2018. Marc also has a passion for the Youth Program, and is working with the Youth Minister to form a Youth Group Praise Team. Marc also serves in the Kairos Prison Ministry, and has a background of leadership in the life changing Celebrate Recovery Ministry Program.
