“Sending our four year old to preschool was very scary for us. But looking ahead at what is required of a 5 year old to know before entering kindergarten, was even more scary. A family friend referred us to Sonshine Preschool and hands-down, it has been the best thing we have ever done for our daughter! We cannot say enough good things about it! The staff is absolutely THE BEST, they are attentive, friendly, patient, and they truly care about your childs education and their day to day lives. One of the first things we noticed immediately after starting at Sonshine was that our daughter didn’t pray like a little girl anymore, she suddenly starting praying from her heart, and that alone was worth her attending Sonshine. She also learned how to write her name, count to 100, sort shapes and colors, did crafts, learned about science, went on a couple field trips, got to shoot a fire hose, got to be the helper of the day, learned how to use scissors, and learned how to play with other children and practiced self-control. She learned so many things that I can’t even list them all!  The families are just as special as the staff, every morning and afternoon you are likely to see a smile in the hallway, and hear a friendly hello in the parking lot. They also put together a spring and fall program, which is just good fun entertainment that they all work so hard to put together. And at the end of the semester is a very touching Pre-K graduation, complete with tiny caps and gowns, of course! It’s such an awesome place to take your kids and be a part of, you absolutely wont regret sending your child to Sonshine Preschool. We can’t wait to send #2, and in a few years, #3 as well!”
